Sterling Park Kalimpong

This 100+ yr-old quaint summer residence once housed the royalty of Dinajpur. In the 1960s the residence was bought by Mr. G.P Yonzone, a local businessman, for his beloved wife Smt. Devi Maya, a popular Nepali writer and scholar settled in Kalimpong. Later, redesigned as Kalimpong Park Hotel, the residence became a landmark destination in itself and attracted interest from travelers for its vintage charm and heritage, and was an ideal stop-over for a holiday in Kalimpong.
