Sterling Karwar

Sterling Karwar is located near the estuary where River Kali meets the Arabian Sea. Karwar is blessed with a beautiful coastline of coconut and palm trees. The area is beautiful with the hills and valleys of the Western Ghats as its backdrop. The great poet Rabindranath Tagore was so mesmerised by the beauty of Karwar, that he called it, ‘The Kashmir of Karnataka.’
